Honesty and Transparency in Detailing: Building Trust at Enthusiast's Choice Detail Studio

At Enthusiast's Choice Detail Studio, honesty and transparency guide every detail, delivering safer methods and lasting results.

For many, choosing a vehicle detailer is as simple as looking at a few Google reviews, knowing where the business is located, and then scheduling. For others, the choice is a bit more arduous, and takes careful consideration. There may be concern for who is actually completing the work on the vehicle. Do they truly have experience, do they know about the products that they use, do they care, will they do things right? Those are all valid concerns when choosing a detailer to maintain and protect your vehicle.

How are we different, and what do we have to offer that is different from other detailers? The “method to the madness” here at Enthusiasts Choice Detail Studio is to provide exceptional results using proper methods that will clean vehicles safely, and to use curated products which will help to protect vehicles in the long run. We work to understand what our clients would like completed on their vehicles, and come up with an effective approach for the job. We inspect vehicles, whiteboard in hand, making notes while our clients are beside us. This doesn’t lead to sales pitches in which we are selling the idea of a more expensive approach because we end up with more money in our pockets. The methods we follow are effective and easy for us to stick with because we aren’t concentrating on hurrying through the job to get to the next job. We truly care about the vehicles we work on.

Our aim is to be able to take the concern out of leaving your vehicle for detailing with an honest, realistic, and transparent approach. Our regular clients trust us, and many have begun to use our services rather than a shop they used to frequent because they feel more comfortable. We learn about what our clients expect, what their vision is. We have knowledge of, and have researched the products we choose to use. As with any profession, training and learning is important. We continue to travel to in-person training courses, and maintain relationships with industry experts so that we have a number of resources to confer with.

Transparency and a caring, honest approach in detailing and preservation of cars? It may sound crazy, however we care about the vehicles that we work on, and with that comes an ability to see them as more than ‘just the next job.’ The vision is that each one is a special project, and with that approach, the trajectory of what we are doing changes. The processes we follow are overall safer for the vehicle’s surfaces, which are different from a detailer who is working to change the immediate appearance. The finished product that comes out of our studio will look considerably nicer, last longer, and offer better protection in the long run.
